Cheshire seemed to be the ideal location and work quickly flooded in. Darren gained ATF status in 2008 and took on apprentice, Sam Johnson, who is now fully qualified.
Darren and Sam spend a lot of time in the workshop and sometimes enjoy the occasional pint in the local pub! The job requires total dedication and we arrive at the forge early every morning, whicn means 90% of our customers horses can be shod with our handmade shoes.
